21. The Buyer will pay the Seller instantly. If the Buyer stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, keep shipment of any additional Goods to the Purchaser and may terminate, without liability to the Buyer, any or all surviving contracts in between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise specified in writing.
